ExecSuccession provides leadership risk and executive succession software and related services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you. It applies to www.execsuccession.com and the ExecSuccession application.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you request a Leadership Risk Review or contact us, we collect the details you submit, which may include your name, business email, role, company stage, urgency, and the number of critical roles in scope. When you use the application, we collect account information and the organizational, role, candidate, assessment, and development data that your organization chooses to enter.
Information collected automatically. We collect standard technical and usage data such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and referring source, through cookies and analytics (see our Cookie Policy).
How we use information
To respond to your requests, provide and operate the platform, secure and improve our services, process billing, communicate with you, and meet legal and contractual obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, including analytics (Google Analytics), cloud hosting and storage (Amazon Web Services), and email delivery (ForwardEmail). We may also share information to comply with law or to protect our rights, or in connection with a corporate transaction.
Data security
We apply administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards including access controls, tenant isolation, and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the services and for legitimate business or legal purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us at the address below. Customer (tenant) data entered into the application is processed on behalf of the customer; direct such requests to the relevant organization.
International transfers
We may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
Children
The services are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 16.
